Youth NABC Sponsorships Still Available!

If you haven’t done so already, make plans to attend this summer’s Youth North American Bridge Championships (NABC) in Toronto, Canada. Once again, SiVY Bridge is offering special training and financial support to youth players who are attending. Six more spots have just been made available, so signup now before they are gone!

There are two scholarship events contested at the Youth NABC, the Baron Barclay Championship Pairs and Championship Swiss Teams. Last year SiVY participants did well in both, with two teams in the top nine in Swiss and a SiVY duo winning the Pair Event. In addition to the big trophies they are holding in the picture, Brent Xiao and Kevin Huang took home a $2000 scholarship! Last year, 24 youth players from SiVY attended the Youth NABC in Washington DC. Everyone earned at least a few points – and the group won a total of over 260 masterpoints altogether. In a survey of the participants after the event, they were asked if they’d like to go to the next year’s YNABC. All participants said “Yes” and “Definitely Yes”!
