Junior Day Anniversary Party
One year ago thousands of bridge players and over one hundred Junior Players participated in the North American Bridge Championship in San Francisco. Little did we know it will most likely be the last Nationals contested face-to-face for a year. One of the highlights of the 10 day event was the Junior Day, held the Saturday after Thanksgiving and featuring a Youth Pairs Bridge game and well-attended party sponsored by District 21, SiVY Bridge, Peninsula Youth Bridge, and Center for Bridge Education.
This year on the Friday after Thanksgiving, the one year anniversary of the in-person event, you are invited to attend a Virtual Tournament and Party on BridgeBase and Zoom, all free of charge. While we cannot provide you food and drink as we did one year ago, we can offer comradery, competition, and prizes!
Tournament winners will receive an Amazon Gift Card, with overall winners receiving $25 each, section winners $20 each, and others $10 each. At the Zoom Party after the game, there will be a random drawing for additional $10 gift card prizes - and the tournament winners will be invited to take a bow (via their webcam). Prizes are sponsored by Peninsula Youth Bridge and SiVY Bridge.
