Silicon Valley Youth (SiVY) Bridge places a high priority on protecting your privacy. This privacy policy demonstrates our firm commitment to the privacy of our youth players, donors, and volunteers and explains what types of information is collected by SiVY Bridge and how this information is used.
What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected
SiVY Bridge visitors may register for youth events, newsletters, as donors or volunteers by filling out forms on www.siliconvalleyyouthbridge.org, voluntarily providing us with contact information (such as name and e-mail address). For our youth players we also collect and retain other information such as which school they attend, year of birth, and which SiVY events they have attended. All personal information is available only for use by a small number of SiVY volunteers and for specific, limited purposes.
How Your Information May Be Used
SiVY Bridge uses your personal information to send event invitations, requests for volunteer assistance, e-mail newsletters (3 times per year), or requests for donations. You may choose to opt out at any time, which will cease all communications from us.
Email Privacy
SiVY Bridge does not provide, sell, or rent email addresses to anyone outside the organization.
Website Privacy
SiVY Bridge does not name youth participants in its website photos except with parental permission.
